About
Cholapink isn’t your typical celebrity restaurant — and that’s exactly the point. Reggaeton icon Daddy Yankee partnered with Chef Jaime Pesaque, the culinary force behind Lima’s acclaimed Mayta, to bring fast-casual Peruvian street food to one of downtown Manhattan’s most food-obsessed blocks. The concept is rooted in tradition and pushed forward by technique. Anticuchos grilled over open flame. Ceviche built with the precision of a fine-dining kitchen. And then the surprises: miso-glazed chicken, gochujang pork with pineapple, yuzu-ají amarillo fish — the kind of fusion that earns the word. This is Nolita’s newest reason to skip the reservation.
