These terms apply to the Bites & Sip NY website, including browsing deals, submitting a free listing, sending an inquiry, and signing up for our newsletter or opening alerts.

Listings and submissions. You confirm that you are authorized to submit information about the restaurant you claim, and that the details you send are accurate and current. We review every submission before publishing and may decline, pause, or remove a listing at our discretion.

Deals and specials. Restaurants and partners are responsible for the offers they publish, including their terms, availability, and honor at the table. Bites & Sip NY lists offers as provided and is not a party to any transaction between a diner and a restaurant.

Editorial content. Journal stories, profiles, and Best Of lists are our own coverage. Listings, placements, and paid partnerships never buy editorial praise, and non-partner coverage is labeled where it applies.

Your content. When you send us text, images, or other material, you grant us permission to display it on the site and in our newsletter and social channels in connection with your listing. You keep ownership of what you send.

Acceptable use. Don't submit false or misleading information, impersonate another business, scrape the site, or use it to harass, defraud, or spam anyone. We can restrict access for abuse.

Availability. The site is provided as-is and may change or be interrupted. Hours, prices, and offers can change without notice, so confirm details with the restaurant before you go.
